Invacare Matrx® Vi Wheelchair Cushion

Invacare Matrx® VI cushion is especially made to offer people who are at danger of skin deterioration both positioning and protection. Its special three-part foam composition offers excellent stability, support, and comfort while being thoughtfully positioned to protect certain areas of the skin.

Invacare Matrx VI cushion features:

• Drop base - Features a built-in drop base, drop hooks, and DuraClip fasteners, as well as the ability to modify the seat angle.
• Inner cover - Moisture-resistant, wipe-clean, zippered cover that enables for cushion customization.
• Pelvic obliquity kit - Fits all Matrx Vi/Kidabra-Vi cushions/bases and allows for 0.5" or 1" obliquities.
• Cushion ridigizer - Lightweight, slim-profile solid seat insert with curved design to reduce sling upholstery's "hammock look."
• Custom modifications - Leg length differences, width/depth reductions, and foam, inner and exterior covers adjusted to your specifications are all custom alterations.
• Outer cover - Waterproof and breathable cover with a slip-resistant base, hook and loop fastening, and a lifting strap. Available in Black only.
• Visco foam insert - A molded visco-elastic foam ischial relief insert that gives immersion to sensitive bony prominences and is anatomically oriented to the ischial/sacral area.
• Bottom Layer - Firm (ILD) High Resilient (HR) foam in the bottom layer for support and durability. Hip stability is provided by the trochanteric shelf. Sacral support with waterfall front border and back radius.
• Top Layer - Soft (ILD) High Resilient (HR) foam in the top layer for maximum comfort and support. The pelvis is stabilized by the pre-ischial shape. The abductor/adductor shape encourages leg placement in the midline. Ultra-Fresh is used to provide antibacterial and odor prevention.

Matrx VI cushion is also available in custom sizes i.e. seat width 14" - 30" & seat depth 15" - 26".

Manufacturer warrants this product as under:

• Two years warranty
• Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner or normal wear & tear.
• Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

Unfortunately, hygiene items cannot be returned once opened, due to health concerns. The only products that can be returned are unopened boxes.

If the product is unopened, then the following policy will be applied:

• No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
• Restocking fees may apply.
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Returns will be accepted only if a wrong product is delivered other than what originally ordered or product received with manufacturing defect
• It is customer's responsibility to check the product upon delivery and note any such discrepancy at the earliest and report the dealer.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund and the product must be returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
