Invacare Softform Premier Mattress has a unique contoured foam insert that is designed to provide comfort to the user and superior pressure redistribution to the users who are at very high risk. Premium fluid-resistant and four-way stretch cover in the softform premier mattress protect skin integrity. A single piece of foam provides side support and helps facilitate transfers.

Features:

Contoured Foam Insert:

• The Softform Premier Mattress includes a contoured foam insert that offers excellent patient comfort and optimizes pressure reduction. This feature is particularly beneficial for patients at very high risk of pressure ulcers.

Castellations:

• Unique castellated cells in the foam break surface tensions, allowing the patient to be immersed into the foam for maximum body contact area and pressure reduction. The Softform Premier mattress utilizes premium HR foam cut into mushroom-shaped cells to enhance patient immersion and redistribution of pressure.

Single-Piece U Core:

• Featuring a single-piece foam "U" core, this mattress provides effective side-wall support and facilitates patient transfers. Manufactured from one piece of foam rather than glued sections, the core ensures durability and stability.

Premium Fluid-Resistant Cover:

• The Softform Premier Mattress is equipped with a premium fluid-resistant cover that offers four-way stretch polyurethane for enhanced comfort and durability. The tough coated polyurethane base extends the longevity of the mattress, while high-frequency welded seams ensure integrity and protection against fluid ingress.

Concealed Zipper:

• Softform mattress covers feature a concealed zipper design, reducing the risk of fluid ingress and maintaining hygiene standards.

Fully Removable Covers:

• The mattress covers are fully removable, allowing for easy replacement, laundering, and inspection of the foam for optimal hygiene and maintenance.

As part of the Mattress Recycling Council (MRC) program, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and California customers will incur an additional recycling fee of $20.50 per mattress purchase.

• Four Years Warranty - Cover
• Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner or normal wear & tear.
• Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
