• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• Customers must follow the procedure outlined in the manufacturer's limited warranty for all returns.
• All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (except for warranty-related returns), plus return freight costs.
• All returns require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• We strive to provide quality products, but we cannot guarantee that an item will meet a specific purpose or individual suitability. Unfortunately, this cannot be considered a valid reason for return.
• To qualify for a return, products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Items not returned in their original packaging and/or condition may be subject to additional charges after inspection.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the total refund.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
