Kaye Posture control walker promotes improved alignment and increases functional walking mobility for users. Kaye posture control walker has crutch tips on the rear legs (on 2 wheeled walker). This creates greater friction against the floor so that the walker moves slowly providing an advantage for users who have serious balance impairments. Kaye walkers fold easily for transport. Kaye child walkers can accommodate many accessories, including the Leg Abductor, Suspension (kit) Conversion System, Add-A-Seat and Soft Sling Support, etc.

- If an item proves defective within Two Years of the original purchase, we will provide replacement parts in order to correct that defect.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

Returns
- If for any reason you are not satisfied, manufacturer will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping, on approved returns received within 20 days from the date of the invoice.
- There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns receivedafter 20 days from the date of invoice.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
- No returns accepted for Hygiene & Bath products due to health concerns
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
