Covidien Curasorb Zinc Calcium Alginate Dressing is the only alginate that includes 0.2% zinc, While Curasorb Calcium Alginate Dressing is made with a unique fibers and a higher percentage of guluronic acid
- Allows fewer dressing changes
- Minimal shrinkage helps to prevent maceration of periwound
- Maintains Integrity allowing fast and easy removal and clean up
- Unique gel block and fiber configuration encourages vertical wicking which pulls exudates straight through the dressing
- Highly absorbent fluid binding absorbs up to 20 times its weight in exudate maximizing wound fluid retention and removal
