Soothies Cooling Gel Pads are recommended for breastfeeding parents who experience cracked, painful, or sore nipples.

How do I use Soothies Gel Pads?

One Soothies Gel Pad is used per breast. Place the gel side of the pad directly on the nipple between feeding or pumping sessions. Each set of pads can be used for up to 72 hours. Don’t use nipple cream and Soothies Gel Pads at the same time. Do not use more than three weeks. If condition persists, seek the advice of a breastfeeding specialist.
