Precision Medical Live Active Five Portable Oxygen Concentrator is dual-curved, lightweight, and powerful. Its settings make use of vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) technology, which guarantees long-term high oxygen purity production, easy cleaning, and flawless rejuvenation of each sieve bed in every cycle. The portable oxygen concentrator is activated and able to modify the recommended pulse flow setting with a single button push. Using Controlled Minute Volume (CMV) technology, patients can receive therapeutic oxygen in the first third of inspiration with the Live Active Five.

The built-in Concentrator Performance Information (CPI) Technology in the Live Active Five oxygen concentrator helps to quickly identify any unit faults that may arise during its lifetime. This technology is powered by Bluetooth to track unit activity which can then be examined by Precision Medical for direct support from the manufacturer.

Warranty
Manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship to the original consumer/purchaser from the date of purchase under the following: :
- Three Years Warranty - On device
- One Year Warranty - On Sieve bed and battery
- One Year Warranty - Repairs on the parts replaced at the time of repair.
- If the product is eligible for repair, the manufacturer will make repairs free of charge.
Non-Warranty Repair: Repair to products with expired warranties will be charged a flat rate. Repairs will not be processed without approved credit arrangements.
Products older than 6 years old are not repairable, with the exceptions as follows:
- Vacuum Regulators and Timox - older than 10 years not repairable
- Blenders - must be serviced every 2 years
Warranty will be void under any of the following conditions:
- If the product has an insect infestation.
- If products have been tampered with, modified, or altered from the original design.
- If products have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, and/or inadequate packaging for return.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
- Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for the warranty of this product.
Return
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. After this period, we are unable to process returns.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Custom items, including hose assemblies, are not eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review your custom orders before completing your purchase.
To return an item, please obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense. Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
- If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost, along with any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees, will be deducted from your refund.
- Hygiene products cannot be returned once used or opened, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
