1) Only eligible customers can be part of the Loyalty Program and receive reward points. Eligibility: Medicaleshop.com - registered users are solely for their personal needs and not on behalf of any organization. For example, residential clients. Sign up to become a part of the loyalty program!
2) The buyer can redeem up to 50% of the total reward points at a time.
3) The points are redeemable on items equal to or above the $10.00 Order value.
4) If you place the order and you cancel the order, then the reward points given on your purchase get canceled as well.
5) The reward points given on the purchase will be active to redeem only when the product gets delivered to the customer.
6) If you have redeemed the reward points in your purchase, and for an unforeseen reason, you have to return the product, in that case, the points used will get credited back to your account.
7) If you are receiving special pricing from Medicaleshop, then the loyalty points would not be applicable for that particular purchase.
8) Rewards can't be applied to shipping fees or taxes.
9) Additional exclusions may apply.
10) Validity of the reward points: The reward points are only valid for 365 days from the received date.
Am I eligible for Loyalty Program?
If you are an individual purchasing for your personal needs and have created an account with Medicaleshop.com, then you are eligible for the program. Education, government, and commercial institutions cannot be a part of the loyalty rewards.
How to refer customers?
You can give them your referral code mentioned in your account to your friend and family. Once they use the code to register on Medicaleshop, you will receive 10 points in your account.
How to redeem the points?
You can enter your points at the time of checkout. The maximum redeemable points are 10% of your total points at once.
Do I get reward points if I have placed the order on the phone call?
Yes, if you have registered with medicaleshop.com, you will receive the points as per your purchase amount like any other online user.
