Lubri-Sil 2-Way council tip Foley Catheter is determined by the configuration of the tip, the number of Lumens or channels, and the size of the balloon. The Council tip Foley Catheter is used to treat acute retention in an emergency case. The strengthened hole at the end of the catheter's tip is its unique characteristic. When dilated, a stricture or prostate frequently won't remain open, causing it to continue to obstruct or block flow. The Bard Hydrogel coating forms a cushion between the catheter surface and the urethra which reduces the friction and enhances the patient's comfort.
