Three position recliner can be easily adjusted into any one of three positions: sitting, TV or full recline. Recliners offer numerous therapeutic benefits including position changes that can aid in circulation and ease discomfort from respiratory, heart and other ailments. Lumex recliner has a position lock that allows only the caregiver to secure the chair in any one of the three easily attained positions. Recliner encourages natural relaxation and improves blood circulation. Three position reclining chair gives flex-o-lator seat support system which increases comfort by reducing the risk of “bottoming out”. Graham-field three position recliner comes with ergonomically designed seat and back with varied density foam construction that provides correct support and articulating headrest that quickly adjusts to maximize individual comfort requirements. For safer, easier transport, the three position recliner features two, four inch swivel casters with wheel locks and four inch fixed front wheels. Lumex reclining chair features molded activity table that can be fixed in position or left unsecured for easy exit from the recliner. Three position chair has a durable welded steel epoxy coated frame which is easy to clean and maintain.

• This warranty is an expression of confidence in the materials and workmanship and assurance to the consumer of years of dependable service.
• Warranty Exclusions -
  1. Defects, damage, or other conditions caused, in whole or in part, by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, freight damage, tampering or failure to seek and obtain repair or replacement in a timely manner
  2. Products which are not installed, used, or properly cleaned and maintained as required in the official manual for the applicable product
  3. Products considered to be of a non-durable nature including, but not limited to: casters, filters, fuses, gaskets, lubricants, and charts
  4. Accessories or parts not provided by manufacturer
  5. Charges by anyone for adjustments, repairs, replacement parts, installation or other work performed upon or in connection with such products which are not expressly authorized in writing, in advance, by manufacturer
  6. Any labor or shipping charges incurred in the replacement part installation or repair
  7. Costs and expenses of regular maintenance and cleaning
  8. Representations and warranties made by any person or entity other than manufacturer
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• The product warranty is applicable as per the terms and conditions given by the product manufacturer.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this timeframe.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our Customer Service team before sending any items back.
• We strive to provide quality products, but we cannot guarantee suitability for every individual need. Personal preference or product suitability cannot be considered a valid reason for return.
• All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Returns should be shipped to the designated location provided by the manufacturer, using prepaid shipping.
• If an order is refused upon delivery or a return is requested due to customer preference, a restocking fee of 25% or $10 (whichever is greater) will apply. Additionally, the customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.
• Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt. The manufacturer will assess whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage and determine if it will be repaired or replaced.
• Returns that are not due to a manufacturer defect will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and any applicable payment processing fees.
• Shipping charges, fuel surcharges, handling fees, and costs related to additional freight services are non-refundable.
• Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on hygiene and bath products. We appreciate your understanding.
• Custom-made orders are specially crafted to meet specific needs and, therefore, cannot be returned or refunded.
• Certain products, due to their nature, are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
  • Patient lifts
  • Sterile products
  • Discontinued items
  • Private label goods
  • Pedigreed products
  • Clinical care recliners
  • Products with expiration dates
  • Items that cannot be restocked for hygienic reasons
  • Products requiring special handling or controlled storage conditions
  • Special orders, including non-stocked items, long-term care beds, furniture, and Hausted product line
