ManukaMed MANUKApli Sterile Honey Wound Dressing is a sterile wound gel dressing made with 100 percent pure medical-grade Manuka honey. It maintains a balanced moist environment conducive to wound healing. It has high sugar levels in the honey which results in osmotic pressure, promoting autolytic debridement.
