Instructions for Use:

1. Hold the mask with the nose piece pointing up, and adjust it over the nose and under the chin.
2. Press forefingers down on both sides of nose to mold the nose bridge.
3. Fasten ties on the top of the mask at the crown of the head. Fasten ties on the bottom of the mask at the nape of neck.
4. Test for secure fit and comfort.

Intended Use: When worn correctly, it will help limit contamination caused by inhaled germs and the wearer's possible exposure to particles and bacteria.

Warning: This mask does not prevent the possibility of catching a sickness or infection. This mask should not be worn in areas where blood or body fluids are present. If it has been polluted with blood or bodily fluids, change it promptly. This mask isn't a respirator.
