Assembly and Use:
Read all instructions carefully before using this chair.

• Place the seat upside down on a stable surface.
• Insert cross bar B into the diagonal seat channel and cross bar A perpendicularly over B.
• Use the Allen hex tool to fasten four screws securing the seat to the frame.
• Insert the middle screw with washer into the center of the frame and seat.
• Tighten the middle screw using the Allen hex tool and wrench.
• Insert each leg into the frame, adjust to the desired height, and lock with C-Clips. Ensure all legs are set evenly.
• Attach the backrest by aligning the tubes and securing with two screws and washers per tube
• Insert backrest tubes into the round brackets and secure with C-Clips in the holes nearest the seat back
• Stand the chair upright, check all fasteners, and adjust leg height if needed.

Adjusting Leg Height:

• To adjust the leg height, remove the C-Clip from the adjustment hole, set the leg to the desired height, and reinsert the U-Clip into the adjustment hole. Ensure the C-Clip locks securely into place.
• Repeat for all legs, confirming each is locked at the same height.
• Push down and pull up on each leg to confirm they are securely locked.
  Before using, verify that all legs are set evenly at the preferred height.

CAUTION: Maximum weight capacity for this chair is 550 lbs (249 kg).

Cautions:

• Check all parts for any signs of damage before assembly. If damage is found, DO NOT USE. Contact your dealer or carrier for further instructions. Allen hex tool and wrench are provided for assembly.
• Ensure each U-Clip fully engages the corresponding hole on each leg extension. This confirms the leg extensions are securely locked at an even height.
• Verify that all screws, nuts, and bolts are properly tightened.
• Confirm that the rubber tips are securely attached to the leg extensions and are not torn, worn, or missing.
• Replace any damaged or missing tips.
• Ensure the rubber tips on all four leg extensions maintain full contact with the floor at all times.
• NEVER stand on the chair.

Maintenance:
Perform periodic visual inspections of the bath chair to ensure all parts and hardware are secure, components are in proper working condition, and there are no worn, torn, frayed, or loose parts. Confirm there are no obstructions that could affect safe operation.
