Vinyl Innerspring Mattress: It is constructed with 8 oz. vinyl ticking, the innerspring mattress features inverted side seams, for patient comfort and caretaker convenience. The mattress is treated with antimicrobial properties, that offer protection to the product only, not to the users or others, against bacteria, viruses, germs, or other disease-causing organisms.
Premium Foam Mattress: It offers exceptional comfort with its durable 8 oz. vinyl covers and inverted side seams for enhanced patient comfort and caregiver convenience. It provides a supportive sleep surface and is compatible with all Medline Basic and Medlite Homecare beds, providing versatility for various setups.

- Manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the date of purchase to the original purchaser as under:
- Welds and Frame: Limited Lifetime
- Mechanical parts and Electronics: 2 Year
- This warranty is not applicable to any product which has been repaired or altered in any way, nor to any product subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident, improper maintenance, improper installation, nor to any product used with other parts, components and/or accessories with quality and/or specifications not compatible with this product.
- The warranty shall also be voided if damage occurred during transit or mishandling, damage caused by user, subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse and when exceeded the load capacity recommended by the manufacturer in your Owner’s Manual.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

- Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the product.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee. For applicable restocking fees, please consult the chart below.
