Medline Enzymatic Presoak Cleaner/Detergent Bottle is advised to use one of the two enzyme recipes for automated washers, ultrasonic cleaners, or hand cleaning when instruments haven't been pre-cleaned. Protease enzymes are included in an affordable, single-enzyme formula to aid in the rapid dissolution of blood and other protein soils. Enzymes that break down proteins (protease) and carbohydrates (amylase) are included in the dual-enzyme formula to help lift and dissolve organic soils.
