Medline Medication Lock Box

Setting Up Your Lock Box:

1. Remove the red tab from the number wheel.
2. Push the button to the right (-+) to open the latch.
3. With the latch open, push the button to the left (+) and hold while you set the number wheel to the desired combination. Release the button. Your combination has now been set.

Opening Your Lock Box:

1. Turn the number wheels until your set combination is displayed in the center. Double check that your combination is exactly in the center
2. Push the button to the right (-+) and the latch will open.
3. Your lock box should now be accessible.

Note: Once combination is set, It cannot be reset. Do not forget combination.

• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
