MiniMed Guardian 3 CGM Sensor delivers continuous glucose monitoring that keeps you informed with readings every 5 minutes. Designed for use with MiniMed 670G hybrid closed-loop insulin pumps to support SmartGuard insulin delivery adjustments. Comfortable, flexible, and wearable for up to 7 days for proactive diabetes management.
Features:
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring: Measures glucose levels every ~5 minutes for detailed glucose trends.
- Up to 7 Days Wear Time: Designed for continuous use up to 7 days before replacement is needed.
- Accurate Sensor Performance: One of Medtronic’s most accurate sensors (MARD ~8.7 %) when calibrated as recommended.
- SmartGuard Integration: Works with MiniMed 670G system to adjust basal insulin delivery and help reduce highs and lows.
- Flexible, Comfortable Design: Sensor is small and flexible for comfortable daily wear.
- Interstitial Fluid Monitoring: Tracks glucose levels below the skin to provide real-time data and trend insights.
- Requires Fingerstick Calibration: Periodic fingerstick blood glucose readings are needed to calibrate the sensor for accurate performance.
