MiniMed Guardian 3 CGM Sensor provides continuous glucose data every ≈ 5 minutes to support proactive diabetes management. Designed specifically for use with the MiniMed 770G system and compatible SmartGuard technology. Comfortable, wearable design offers up to 7 days of continuous glucose monitoring with periodic calibration.

• Up to 7 Days Wear Time: Sensor approved for continuous use up to 7 days before it must be replaced.
• SmartGuard Integration: Works with the MiniMed 770G system’s SmartGuard Auto Mode to help the pump automatically adjust basal insulin delivery based on glucose trends.
• Wireless Data Transmission: When paired with the Guardian Link 3 transmitter, CGM data is sent wirelessly to the insulin pump for integrated management.
