Active Ingredients (in each 5 mL dose)

• Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg - Cough suppressant
• Guaifenesin 100 mg - Expectorant

Directions

• Children 6 to 12 years: 5 mL to 10 mL every 4 hours
• Children 4 to 6 years: 2.5 mL to 5 mL every 4 hours
• Children under 4 years: Do not use
• Do not give more than 6 doses in 24 hours
• Measure only with the dosing cup provided
