Active Ingredients (per 5 mL dose)

• Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg – Cough Suppressant
• Guaifenesin 100 mg – Expectorant

Directions

• Children 6 to 12 years: 5 mL – 10 mL every 4 hours.
• Children 4 to 6 years: 2.5 mL – 5 mL every 4 hours.
• Children under 4 years: Do not use.
• Do not exceed 6 doses within 24 hours.
• Measure only with the dosing cup provided.
• Use only as directed on the product packaging or by a doctor.
