Application and instructions:

• Loosen the strap
• Thread the strap through the plastic loop and attach
• Put on the brace, centering the pad on the top of your forearm

Care instructions: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent; do not bleach; line dry; do not iron; do not dry clean.
