With its intuitive design and smart technology, Navina Smart brings both independence and peace of mind to daily routines.
Navina Smart has software-controlled pumps that inflate a balloon and instill water into the bowel. Pushing the buttons allows for total control over the procedure.
It is easy to learn and practical to use. Navina Smart has built-in safety for maximum balloon size, water volume and water flow rate. It also allows you to easily follow the irrigation steps during the procedure.
Navina Smart app
Navina Smart comes with an app that allows you to track and record your settings and progress, so that you can optimize your routine. All data from your latest irrigation, such as balloon size, amount of water, waterflow rate and duration time, can be transmitted to the Navina Smart app via Bluetooth. Navina Smart app gives you the possibility to rate and share your data with your health care professional for evaluating your treatment.
Intended Use
The Navina Irrigation System is intended for Transanal Irrigation by instilling water up into the lower part of the colon through a rectal catheter.
Indications
The Navina Irrigation System is indicated to help adults and children from 2 years who suffer from fecal incontinence, chronic constipation, and/or time consuming bowel management. By instilling water up into the lower part of the colon, the peristaltic muscles in the bowel can be triggered and start to evacuate the content of the lower colon and rectum.

- Screen for observing settings, water flow and volume instilled as well as current balloon size.
- Ability to preset different water flow rates on the droplet touch buttons for easy and fast change of water flow.
- Touch button for control of balloon inflation, balloon will automatically stop at pre-set maximum size.
- Rechargeable battery for at least 6 average irrigations.
Navina Smart App
- See your irrigation progress over time visualized in graphs or tables, sorted by time, water amount, balloon size and water flow rate.
- Option to rate and share your data with your healthcare professional for evaluating your treatment.
Catheters & Cone
- Navina balloon catheters are available in two sizes. Regular for adults only and Small from 12 years of age.
- Balloon catheters with flexible and proven balloon seals the rectum and ensures the catheter stays in place.
- Cone shaped catheter for easy insertion and minimized leakage. From 2 years of age.
- All rectal catheters are made of soft and flexible material with slippery hydrophilic surface for easy insertion and withdrawal.
Water Container
- Sturdy and stable 1.5 liter container, yet collapsible for minimal space when not used.
- Two scales make it easy both to fill up desired volume and to follow the instilled amount of water.
- Lid designed to be easy open and close even with reduced hand function.
- Practical strap for lifting and hanging of the water container.
- Integrated lid (no assembly needed).
