Directions for Preparation and Use:
Suitable for use as a supplement or sole source of nutrition for children 1 – 10 years of age. Suggested intake to be determined by a healthcare professional and is dependent on age, body weight, and medical condition of the child. Use under medical supervision. For oral and tube feeding only; not for parenteral use.
- Wash hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area.
- To make the standard dilution (30 calories/fl oz), add 1 unpacked, level scoop (7.6g) of powder to each 1 fl oz of water.
- Stir, or cover and shake, until the powder has dissolved.
Storage: Store unopened or opened can in a cool, dry place. Once opened, replace can lid and use within 2 weeks. Do not store at extreme temperatures.
