• The film is moisture-vapor permeable, conformable, and extensible.
• It is commonly used to offer a moist wound healing environment for superficial wounds; it is also appropriate for use as a secondary dressing.
• Resistant to water and body fluids, the patient can bathe without changing bandages.
• Designed to be versatile for use on all sections of the body, it is readily cut into strips or shapes for application to problematic locations like as heels, elbows, and knees.
• The unique wound measurement grid can be written on with a ballpoint pen and offers a solid record of the wound's size change.
