Optifoam Gentle Silicone-Faced Foam Dressing, Sacrum is a five-layer advanced dressing designed to deliver superior exudate management and patient comfort. Its superabsorbent core effectively absorbs wound exudate, transforms it into a gel, and locks it away- helping to prevent leakage and maceration. The dressing’s soft silicone adhesive allows for gentle application, removal, and repositioning, reducing trauma to the wound bed and surrounding skin. With a low-profile, highly conformable design, it provides excellent breathability and comfort for patients with shallow to deep wounds exhibiting moderate to heavy drainage.

Contraindications: Not recommended for use on third-degree burns.
How to Apply:
- Remove dressing from package. Remove one piece of the release liner.
- Place dressing on the wound and remove the other release liner.
- Gently secure the dressing to the skin.
Change Frequency: Dressing should be replaced when drainage reaches the edges of the foam pad. Depending on wound exudate levels, it may remain in place for up to 7 days.
Note:
- Do not cut the dressing.
- Single-use only.

- All returns are subject to a restocking fee as per manufacturers terms and conditions.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
- The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
- Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
