Options Ladies' Backless Brief with Split-Lace Crotch and Built-in Ostomy Barrier/Support is practical and functional for 24-hour wear for day, sleeping or intimacy, allows air to flow to body. It is made of 80% Nylon / 20% Lycra and 100% cotton-absorbs/wicks moisture away from skin. The Split-crotch separates automatically for urination.

Patients may forget they are wearing a pouch; they can wear regular clothing and nearly eliminate leaking. Designed for a discrete appearance and a flatter abdominal profile. When the pouch is confined within the support, it provides a greater surface over the abdomen for the pouch contents to be uniformly dispersed, providing concealment. It is recommended that a 9" or longer pouch be used to conceal and avoid bulging/ballooning, with the pouch tail directed to the other side. On all products, a urine nighttime drainage tube is accessible.
