Instructions for Use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.Remove the cap from the container.
• Use the built-in collection spoon to collect a pea-sized sample of stool from the toilet bowl.
• Place the stool sample in the container.
• Screw the cap tightly onto the container.
• Label the container with your name, date, and time of collection.
• Transport the container to the laboratory as soon as possible.
