Preparation
Instructions for Use:
- Shake well.
- Store unopened at room temperature.
- Clean the top of the container thoroughly before opening it.
- After opening, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. If consuming product directly from the container, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
Tube Feeding
- Follow the physician's instructions for flow rate, volume, dilution, and need for additional fluids.

- Not for IV use.

- Not intended for infants under 1 year of age unless specified by a physician.
