The Warranty that Pedicraft offers is of Three years for the frame & 90 days on Canopy & Mattress from the date of the purchase and it does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse or problems caused by using the product for other than that for which it was intended. Modifications to a product not done by Pedicraft Products may also invalidate the Warranty.

• Returns are accepted within 90 days from the date of shipment.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• All returns must include an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number; returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.
• Returned products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, and in their original packaging. The return must be made at the customer's expense.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card/PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• If a defect is found, the purchaser must follow the provided return instructions. Pedicraft will then replace, repair, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.
• Any modifications or changes to the equipment by the purchaser will void these conditions of sale.
