How to Apply

3. Replace as Needed: Dressing may remain in place for up to seven days, depending on the amount of drainage and condition of the wound.
4. Reapply Carefully: When replacing, remove the old dressing gently without disturbing the wound bed and apply a new dressing.

Indications for Use:

PolyMem Cloth Adhesive Border Dressings are indicated for managing a wide range of wounds, including:

• Partial- and full-thickness wounds
• Skin tears and ulcers
• Surgical wounds
• First- and second-degree burns
• Diabetic ulcers and venous leg ulcers
• Pressure injuries and chronic wounds

Contraindications:

• Do not use on third-degree burns.
