How to Apply PolyMem Silver Non-Adhesive Dressing

1. Cleanse surrounding skin if needed; avoid excessive manual wound cleansing due to the built-in cleanser.
2. Cut the non-adhesive dressing to the desired size if required.
3. Place the dressing directly over the wound, allowing it to conform naturally.
4. Secure using tape, gauze wrap, or preferred fixation method.
5. Leave in place for up to 7 days, depending on exudate levels.
