Formulated with a thicker polymeric membrane, this soft, pliable filler absorbs up to ten times its weight and gently expands to conform to the wound cavity. How to Apply

1. Cleanse and prepare the wound per clinical direction.
2. Cut the PolyMem WIC dressing one-third smaller than the wound cavity to allow for expansion.
3. Gently place the filler into the wound, ensuring it conforms without packing tightly.
4. Cover with any appropriate PolyMem or Shapes by PolyMem secondary dressing.
5. Change the dressing according to exudate levels and clinical judgment.
