Puracol Plus Collagen Dressing restores balance to chronic or stalled wounds, helping to jump-start the healing process. Its unique three-dimensional structure supports cellular growth, while the native collagen preserves its natural triple-helix structure, allowing the dressing to deliver collagen to the wound over an extended period. Maintaining a moist wound-healing environment that promotes tissue regeneration and cellular activity. The dressing may be cut to size as needed.

Indications:

• Pressure, venous, diabetic ulcers
• Partial and full-thickness wounds
• Ulcers caused by mixed vascular etiologies
• Partial and full thickness burns
• Donor sites and other surface wounds
• Abrasions, traumatic wounds healing by secondary intention
• Dehisced surgical wounds

Contraindication:

• Active vasculitis or patients with known sensitivity to collagen
• Not indicated for third-degree burns

Direction to use:

1. Remove Puracol Plus from the package.
2. The dressing should come in contact with the wound. If necessary the dressing may be moistened with sterile saline.
3. Cover with a secondary dressing.

Storage: Protect from freezing and avoid excessive heat. Store at controlled room temperature (20°C-25°C / 68°F-77°F) with transient spikes up to 40°C / 104°F.
