Puracyn Plus Professional Wound Irrigation Solution provides an an advanced alternative to commercial wound cleansers that may inhibit wound closure. When used in conjunction with wound irrigation, debridement, and dressing procedures, this pH-balanced solution sets the stage for optimal healing conditions. Puracyn Plus Wound Irrigation Solution is indicated for use by healthcare professionals for cleansing, irrigating, moistening, and debriding acute and chronic dermal lesions that are partial or full thickness wounds.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS

• Cleanse and irrigate the wound with Puracyn Plus Wound Irrigation Solution.
• Saturate dressing with Puracyn Plus Wound Irrigation Solution and apply to wound.
• Based on levels of bio burden and to reduce malodor, allow Puracyn Plus Wound Irrigation Solution to soak for up to 3-5 minutes.
• Repeat the irrigation to the affected area as needed to keep a clean wound bed environment.
• Note: *There is no need to rinse out the solution following application.
