Caribou gait trainer features:

Easy transfer: The user is placed at the center of the Mustang which provides stability of the upper body and enables the user to focus energy on walking
Anatomic design and soft mouldable PU: The Caribou tilts from vertical to horizontal. The horizontal position makes it easier for the caregiver and less stressful for the user to be placed into position. The Caribou is designed with a raised frame for easy use of floor hoist.

Etac (R82) provides a Two (2) years warranty on all products against defects in workmanship and materials as per the schedule below.

• Five (5) years warranty: on metal frame work
• One (1) year warranty: on, in case of product containing batteries
• Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner, or normal wear and tear.
• Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by R82 Inc.
• The warranty does not extend to consumable items e.g. tires or upholstery, which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.

We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the return guidelines below:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. After this period, returns cannot be processed.
• A 40% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Items must be new, unused, untampered, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and payment processing fees (credit card/PayPal) will be deducted from the refund.
• The following items cannot be returned:
  • Car seats – Due to safety regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Hygiene & bath products – For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned.
  • Custom orders – As these are specially made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
