All Terrain - all the time:
Crocodile comes in two size variants; Crocodile and Crocodile All-Terrain. The two variants come with a total of 7 sizes, the main difference being that the AT sizes have larger wheels for an easier manoeuvrability on different grounds. This makes it possible for your child to play and participate in all activities.

Etac (R82) provides a Two (2) years warranty on all products against defects in workmanship and materials as per the schedule below.

• Five (5) years warranty: on metal frame work
• One (1) year warranty: on, in case of product containing batteries
• Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner, or normal wear and tear.
• Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by R82 Inc.
• The warranty does not extend to consumable items e.g. tires or upholstery, which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.

We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the return guidelines below:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. After this period, returns cannot be processed.
• A 40% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Items must be new, unused, untampered, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and payment processing fees (credit card/PayPal) will be deducted from the refund.
• The following items cannot be returned:
  • Car seats – Due to safety regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Hygiene & bath products – For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned.
  • Custom orders – As these are specially made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The Crocodile comes in four sizes (0-3), supporting users up to 176 lbs and 70.75" tall. Always refer to the sizing chart to ensure proper fit based on the child’s height and weight.

Can the gait trainer be adjusted as my child grows?
Yes. The height and width of the handles are adjustable, allowing the device to grow with your child. This minimizes the need for frequent replacement.

Is Crocodile walker easy to transport and store?
Yes. It has a lightweight aluminum frame (as low as 13.4 lbs.) and folds easily for compact storage and transport-ideal for clinical, home, or school use.

Can the wheels roll backward?
By default, no. The trainer includes on/off anti-reverse wheel stops to prevent backward rolling, providing added safety. This feature can easily be switched on or off depending on your child’s ability and stage of therapy.

Can this be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes. The Crocodile has solid front and rear wheels that are durable and suitable for smooth indoor floors and light outdoor surfaces. It is not designed for rugged terrain.

Do I need tools to adjust the height or handles?
No. The height and handle adjustments are tool-free, making it easy for caregivers, parents, or therapists to make on-the-go changes.
