Accessories are easily added or removed for the carers' convenience.

Etac (R82) provides a Two (2) years warranty on all products against defects in workmanship and materials as per the schedule below.

• Five (5) years warranty: on metal frame work
• One (1) year warranty: on, in case of product containing batteries
• Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner, or normal wear and tear.
• Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by R82 Inc.
• The warranty does not extend to consumable items e.g. tires or upholstery, which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.

We understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review the return guidelines below:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. After this period, returns cannot be processed.
• A 40% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Items must be new, unused, untampered, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If a return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and payment processing fees (credit card/PayPal) will be deducted from the refund.
• The following items cannot be returned:
  • Car seats – Due to safety regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Hygiene & bath products – For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned.
  • Custom orders – As these are specially made, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The Mustang comes in four sizes for kids and teens. Size is based on your child’s height and weight-ranging from 66 lbs to 176 lbs. and 15.75" to 51.25" in height. Refer to the size chart for the best fit.

Yes, the Mustang has adjustable height, chest and pelvic supports, and handle width, so it can grow with your child or adapt to changing needs.

How easy is it to get my child in and out of the Mustang?
The open, U-shaped frame and wraparound supports are designed to make transfers easier for both children and caregivers.
