How to take the advantage of Auto-reorder feature on Medicaleshop?

You can subscribe to the auto-reorder option at the time of placing an order on medicaleshop.com. Opt for a Re-Order at either the Product Page or during Checkout . You can also choose Re-Order plans for multiple products simultaneously in the same Order.

  • Choose any number of days to set as the desired Re-Order frequency
  • An option to pick the End Date at which a chosen Re-Order plan is to stop
  • Can opt for a Re-Order at either the Product Page or during Checkout
  • Can choose Re-Order plans for multiple products simultaneously in the same Order
  • View and change Re-Order settings from the Customer Center
  • Cancel or Pause an ongoing Re-Order plan from the Customer Center
  • Dedicated Customer Service Team to offer further assistance

Terms & Conditions

  • Only Credit Cards can be used for Subscribing. The Credit Card used during the Checkout instance, in which the Customer Subscribed, will be charged for the duration of the Subscription. It is the Customer's responsibility to contact our CS Team in case they need to change the Credit Card used for future Re-Orders.
  • All existing promotions will be removed. Only Re-Order related Discounts will be applied.
  • The Customer acknowledges that a requested Re-Order Item can go Out of Stock or remain on Extended Backorder. In such instances, they are to contact our CS Team to request alternatives or Pause/Cancel the Subscription.
  • The Customer agrees to be contacted by our CS Team. The CS Team Representative will inform them of any relevant updates (like changes in available Stock).
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to Pause/Cancel the Subscription. They can do that either through their Customer Centers on the Webstore or by contacting our CS Team.
  • Inactivity on the Customers' end will be seen as their consent to continue with the Auto Re-Order. If the Re-Order takes place before the Customers Cancel/Pause the Subscription, they will be charged the appropriate amount. Medicaleshop will not be held responsible in case of any damages.
  • The Customer agrees to contact our CS Team if they require Refunds/Returns.
  • Once shipped, it is the Customer's responsibility to track their Re-Order. Medicaleshop will not be responsible for any damage sustained during Shipping.
  • The Subscription(s) will not be exclusive to Business Days. Re-Orders, along with related activities (like Notification emails), can also take place during Weekends.
  • All other Terms and Conditions that apply to normal Webstore Orders will also be applicable for Auto Re-Orders.
  • Prices are subject to change as per the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
  • Upon generation of the reorder, our csteam will be in touch with you to keep you updated on the status of your order.
  • The Auto reorder service is only available for users who reside in the United States of America, excluding Alaska and Hawaii
  • Any promotion or discount on your reorder will not be applicable to the shipping charges
