Rifton S420 New Stander Prone, Supine, or Multi-Position is a standing frame that can be configured in three different ways: prone, supine, or upright. This makes it a versatile tool for therapists and caregivers to help people with disabilities stand and interact with the world at eye level.
- The size 2 Stander has independent hip and knee angle adjustment to accommodate contractures. Separate upper and lower leg length adjustments ensure that users with leg length discrepancies are comfortably supported. Rifton’s standers provide support and stability while encourage weight-bearing and use of both hands and arms. The health benefits of standing - in both prone and supine positions - are manifold. A multi-position stander that can switch easily between prone and supine to give the greatest flexibility and the most options for clients to meet the world in an upright position, participating at eye level alongside peers. Fully adjustable with a critical, new hip abduction feature, the Rifton stander grows with clients as their skills develop. Standers allow for physiological development and greater social interaction. Rifton’s standers provide support and stability while encouraging weight-bearing and use of both hands and arms.
