Rifton compass chair is the perfect inclusion chair, with its supportive seat, sturdy armrests and stable frame. Compass chair offers mildly involved students the support they need to feel secure and comfortable. At the same time, its simple and elegant construction lets it blend easily into any classroom environment. Rifton compass has five available sizes accommodate everyone from small children to adults, and the adjustable legs allow fine-tuning for optimal positioning.

- Stability feet: The new stability feet clip on or off the front and back legs independently. They enlarge the chair’s base of support to accommodate more active, tip-prone students.
- Low friction legs: The optional low friction legs allow the chair to slide more easily.
- Easy installation: The new legs and feet are compatible with any Rifton Compass Chair. No tools required.

The new stability feet clip on or off the front and back legs independently and tool-free for greater versatility and easier storage. They enlarge the chair’s base of support to accommodate more active, tip-prone students.
Dynamic feet:
The dynamic feet give the chair a subtle bounce and a softer feel. They allow enough movement to help a student focus and release energy while still providing a sense of security. The balls are quiet, stationary, highly durable and replaceable with any standard racquetball.
Note: The dynamic feet add 1/2" of height.
Seat belt:
The optional seat belt clips into the seat when needed for safety or postural support.
Pelvic harness:
An alternative to a typical seat belt, Rifton’s unique pelvic harness secures a student’s hips and upper thighs without pressure on the abdomen. The pelvic harness provides a secure, comfortable base for correct posture.
