• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• Returns are accepted within 2 months from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after this period.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• To process a return, you must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Returned products must be in new, unused condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your return is not due to a manufacturing defect, please note that the original shipping cost and any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
