• The manufacturer provides an unconditional 10 years warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by purchaser’s abuse, misuse, and/or negligence of or with respect to the manufacturer product.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• Returns are accepted within 2 months from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns after this period.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• To process a return, you must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Returned products must be in new, unused condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your return is not due to a manufacturing defect, please note that the original shipping cost and any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
• For hygiene products, returns are not accepted once the item has been opened or used, due to health and safety concerns.
