Rollz Flex 2 Lightweight Mobility Rollator is a highly stable and maneuverable rollator walker. Rollz Flex 2 Rollator has softer foam-filled tires for added comfort. The Rollz Flex 2 Walker is a lightweight rollator with a comfortable seat and a large shopping bag that holds up to 44 lbs. The Flex2 Rollator's narrow turning circle allows it to turn close to you and in narrow spaces. A smaller variant is also available, with a lower seat, for people who are 4'7" - 5'3". The elegant design hides the 'classic rollator' appearance.

• In case of repair, the product's transportation to and from the store where it was purchased is handled by the customer.
• The warranty can only be invoked if the customer provides the supplier with a copy of the purchase receipt with purchase date and a clear description of the complaints, together with the defective product.
• The warranty period is never extended, even in the case of repairs.
• The manufacturer does not warrant any parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, modification and/or misuse.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• The products that are damaged or an incorrect product is received by the customer then they must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• If there is a different reason for returns, other than damaged or incorrect product then consumer must send the product back within 30 days after receiving the item.
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
