Rollz Motion Performance is an all-terrain rollator walker and wheelchair in one, including rear air tires and foam-filled front tires. Rollz Mobility Performance allows you to walk comfortably over rough terrain and can simply transition from a rollator walker to a transfer chair when necessary. Pneumatic tires give extra comfort in both walking and sitting postures by absorbing vibrations from bumpy roads. The Rollz Motion Performance Rollator includes an under seat basket accessory that can hold up to 22 lbs of items.

• The warranty period is never extended, even in the case of repairs.
• The manufacturer does not warrant any parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, modification and/or misuse.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.

• The products that are damaged or an incorrect product is received by the customer then they must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• If there is a different reason for returns, other than damaged or incorrect product then consumer must send the product back within 30 days after receiving the item.
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
