This Rollz Motion 2.1 Rollator and Wheelchair is a stable rollator walker that allows you to walk upright while still sitting comfortably when needed. It can be adjusted in a variety of ways to meet the unique requirements of each user. The unique drum brakes are appropriate for both wet and dry weather.

• Armrests: an elastic fiber fabric of neoprene and synthetic rubber (Styrol Butadiene Rubber) filled with EVA foam rubber.
• Footrests: aluminum frame with plastic footrests.

• This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and is not transferable.
• The warranty gives the right to repair, explicitly not to exchange or to take back a product.
• In case of repair, the product's transportation to and from the store where it was purchased is handled by the customer.
• The warranty can only be invoked if the customer provides the supplier with a copy of the purchase receipt with purchase date and a clear description of the complaints, together with the defective product.
• The warranty period is never extended, even in the case of repairs.
• The manufacturer does not warrant any parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, modification and/or misuse.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• The products that are damaged or an incorrect product is received by the customer then they must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• If there is a different reason for returns, other than damaged or incorrect product then consumer must send the product back within 30 days after receiving the item.
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
