Warning:

• Single patient - multiple use
• For oral use only
• Discard after 24 hours
• Do not allow patient to bite down on the oral care tool.
• Always use a bite block if patient is not alert or cannot follow instructions.
• Always follow these warnings to prevent a choking or aspiration hazard and to avoid damage to the device.

Instructions for use:

• Remove Yankauer and attach to suction line. Make sure the connection is secure whie in use.
• Retract sleeve as shown. Slide cap down until it locks in place.
• To suction, slide switch to On. Always use the minimum amount of suction necessary to removal oral secretions.
• After use, rinse with sterile saline of appropriate solution until tubing is clear.

Important:

• When not in use, make sure the On/Off switch is in the Off position to prevent loss of suction power.
• Pull sleeve over Yankauer tip to cover.
• Remove Yankauer and discard after 24 hours, or according to hospital protocol.
