We always make an effort to provide free shipping in the continental United States via ground service. Our product page will state if any product has “free shipping” or not. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are subject to additional shipping charges. Please call 1-866-563-6812 or email at for shipping estimates.

If client completes any order online for any product where it is explicitly stated on product page: "shipping is not included, pls call for quote", will not process the order until shipping charges are approved and paid by the client. Even if the checkout cart shows $0.00 shipping, will not be responsible for providing free shipping.

Products are shipped directly either from the manufacturer or the distributor. Upon request, we will provide clients with information about stock status and availability of specific products, from the manufacturer or distributor. Every manufacturer has their own production schedule and inventory programs, as an authorized retailer, we will provide clients information about specific product availability and shipping times.

We strictly follow the manufacturer or distributor return and warranty policies

If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Customers will be notified when their shipment is ready to be shipped along with the tracking number. However, we encourage our customers to ascertain the current stock and backorder status of products before placing the order online. Special order items, custom items and heavy items might take longer time to ship. For special items, additional shipping charges might apply due to item’s weight, size and dimensions. International Shipping

Lift-gate Service

Lift-gate is a device used to raise and lower items from ground level to the level of a freight truck trailer. Freight companies deliver items on a truck trailer, which is approx. 56 inches above the ground. If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or fork-lift for heavy items like power wheelchairs, scooters, patient lifts, beds, shower chairs and other items to remove from the trailer by hand, then you may need a lift-gate service option. Shipping quote for this service is available upon request.

Inside Delivery

This shipping option is delivery to the first point of entry of your house or garage. The service provider will not come inside your house. If inside delivery is requested to an office or apartment building, that delivery will be to a ground floor lobby or receiving area only. Additional charges apply.

White Glove Delivery

Choose this option to have your item freight delivered to a local agent who will inspect it for damage, unbox, take packaging material away and deliver the product inside your house. They will call you directly to make an appointment to deliver your item. It will be brought into your home, setup where requested and all packaging materials will be removed. White glove delivery adds 5 – 7 days to the expected delivery time. This service does not include any assembly/installation services. Additional charges apply: on our website, we do show white glove service pricing for some products, these are estimates and charges will vary depending on your location.

Setup Assembly of product:

For local clients, we offer this service on all products, our team will setup and assemble the product as per your requirement or client measurements. Additional charges apply.

Curbside Delivery

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include liftgate, inside delivery or white glove service.


Most vendor warehouses do not guarantee true overnight, next day delivery. For such requests, customer should call before 12:00 noon (EST). Some Medicaleshop vendors do not accommodate next day shipping requirements. Medicaleshop customer care executive will be able to inform if overnight shipping is available for your particular product depending upon manufacturer and distributing vendor circumstances /policies.
