- The 4 x 4 wound and catheter cover is our smallest size. This size is perfect for small wound dressings, stomas, central lines, IVs, and more.

What to buy with a Shower Cover for Wounds
Directions for Use
Application Steps:
- Clean and dry the skin around the wound.
- Ensure the wound is covered with an appropriate sterile dressing (do not apply Shower Shield directly on the wound).
- Trim excess hair if necessary (avoid shaving).
- Choose a suitable size to ensure the adhesive only contacts intact skin.
- Peel off the wax paper frame to expose the adhesive.
- Position over the site, press edges firmly to adhere, smoothing outward from the center.
- Reapply pressure along all sides to secure the barrier.
Removal Instructions
- Gently peel from the skin in the direction of hair growth, or stretch the barrier outward to release adhesion.
- Avoid disturbing the underlying dressing or device.
- Discard after single use.
Safety Precautions
- For external use only.
- Non-sterile: Do not use if packaging is open or damaged.
- Must not come into direct contact with the wound.
- Avoid placement over the nose, mouth, or eyes.
- Not intended for children without adult supervision (choking/suffocation hazard).
- Do not submerge in water; designed for brief shower use only.
- Store at room temperature.
- Seek medical advice if irritation occurs or wound condition worsens.
