Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) nipples and rings before use. Ready-to-feed formula if mixed with water may not provide proper nutrition, and repeated use of such feedings could cause illness.

• Do not add water.
• Shake very well.

2 or 8 fl oz bottle:

• Do not use if the breakaway ring is missing or broken.
• Twist off the cap.
• Use clean hands to twist on the nipple and ring. Use a sterile nipple and ring if directed.
• For use in a different feeding container (cup or bottle): 1) Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) the empty bottles before adding formula. 2)Pour the desired amount into a clean feeding container. Recap bottle, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
• Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

32 fl oz bottle:

• Do not use if the band around the cap or inner foil seal is damaged.
• Shake very well before each use.
• Remove the protective band; twist it off and clean the cap.
• Invert the cap; press down to pierce foil, then turn the cap a half turn.
• Remove foil.
• Pour formula into bottle; attach clean nipple.
• Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
• Prepare and feed all formulas in the container within 3 days after opening.

STORAGE & HANDLING

• Protect from light.
• Store in a carton until ready for use.
• Store unopened at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
