INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Your baby’s health depends on carefully following these instructions. Proper hygiene, preparation, and storage are essential when using infant formula. Consult your pediatrician to determine if cooled, boiled water or sterilization of bottles and nipples is required before use.

• Do not add water.
• Do not use if the protective band or inner foil seal is damaged.

Preparation

• Shake very well before each use. Remove the protective band, twist off the cap, and clean before opening.
• Invert the cap, press down to pierce the foil, turn half a turn, and remove the foil.
• Pour formula into a clean bottle and attach nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard unused formula.

Prepare and use all formulas from the 1-QT container within 3 days after opening.

STORAGE AND HANDLING:

• Once opened, refrigerate the quart bottle promptly.
• Store prepared bottles in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
• Keep unopened containers at room temperature, avoiding extreme heat or cold.
• Do not reuse the container.
• Protect from direct light exposure.

Precautions:

• Not intended for infants or children with galactosemia.
• Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula; severe burns may result.
• Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should only be used for premature or immunocompromised infants under medical supervision.
